糖修饰提高原核表达木质素酶生物学活性的研究

摘要 为了提高木质素酶的生物学活性,文章将通过糖修饰技术且用适当方法让木质素酶不以包涵体的形式产生。而且由于蛋白酶的释放是即时且稳定的,不用考虑半衰期等因素,使改造菌真正具备工业推广意义。结果表明,经糖修饰后木质素酶生物学活性并没有明显改变。 In order to improve the biological activity of lignin enzyme, this paper stops the lignin enzyme from forming in the form of inclusion body through sugar modification technology and with the appropriate methods The release of proteases is immediate and stable, making the without considering the make the bacteria modification worth promoting in industries if half-life and other factors, are not considered The results show that the modified sugar doesn ' t change significantly after the biological activity of lignin enzyme.
