摘要
为了提高木质素酶的生物学活性,文章将通过糖修饰技术且用适当方法让木质素酶不以包涵体的形式产生。而且由于蛋白酶的释放是即时且稳定的,不用考虑半衰期等因素,使改造菌真正具备工业推广意义。结果表明,经糖修饰后木质素酶生物学活性并没有明显改变。
