摘要
船舶工程技术在造船行业及航运事业中是极其重要的技术之一,为船舶建造及航运发展保驾护航。船舶工程专业所培养的是造船及港航工程建设一线高级技能应用型人才。在我国船舶工业发展迅猛的背景下,船舶工程的专业人才需求越来越大。然而,当前的船舶工程专业的人才培养还存在人才培养不足、人才培养模式不完善等问题。文章基于船舶工程技术专业人才培养的目标与规格,对人才培养的现状与问题进行了分析并提出了一些改革建议,希望能为船舶专业人才培养起到积极作用。
As one of the most important technologies in ship building industry and the shipping industry, ship engineering technology supports the development of ship building and shipping industries.Ship engineering major aims to cultivate front-line applied talents with advanced skills in shipbuilding and port and waterway engineering. With the rapid development of China＇ s shipping industry,, the demand for professionals in this field is growing. However, the current cultivation of talents in this field is still plagued by insufficient personnel training and imperfect personnel training mode. Based on the goals and specifications of training of professionals in the field of shipping engineering, this paper analyzes the status quo and the problems of training of talents and put forward some suggestions, with the hope that they can play a positive role in cultivating talents of shipping engineering
