初级关系视野下的教师共同体建构研究

Research on building of teachers' community from the perspective of primary relationship

文章以社会关系为视角,讨论教师共同体构建中存在的教师角色单一、缺乏自由交流以及内生力萎靡消亡等问题,阐明教师共同体的创建必须注重教师多重角色和利益,保证教师成员完整人格投入,保证教师自由交往以及塑造教师角色的不可替代性等策略。

This article discusses problems existing in building teachers＇ community, such as the single role played by teachers, lack of free exchange and the demise of self-development abilities from the perspective of social relationship. It is also clarified in this article that attention must be paid to multiple roles and interests of teachers in creating teachers＇ community. The faculty members should be fully devoted in terms of their personality, the free exchange of teachers should be ensured and the irreplaceable role of teachers should be shaped.
