摘要 随着高速公路网的形成和交通量的迅速增长,保障高速公路通行能力、增强事故预警能力、提高高速公路服务水平在日常营运管理工作中显得尤为重要。文章通过应用移动通信技术、视频传输、全球定位系统(Global Position System,GPS)等技术,设计高速公路移动通信应急调度指挥平台,及时掌握高速公路运行状况,为应急指挥提供全方位的信息,实现高速公路运行监控的可视化和智能化。 With the formation of expressway network and the rapid growth of traffic volume, it has become more important for daily operation and management of highways to ensure the traffic capacity of highways, enhance the aecident warning ability and improve the service of highway through applying such technologies as mobile communication, video transmission and Global Position System(GPS), This article designs the emergency command platform for mobile communication of expressway so as to timely get the operation conditions of highways, provide comprehensive information for emergency command and realize the visualization and intellectualization of operation monitorin~ of hizhwavs.
