C包覆改善富锂锰正极材料低温性能 被引量:2

Low temperature performance of Li-rich layered cathode material with carbon coating

摘要 以葡萄糖为C源,表面包覆富锂锰正极材料。用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对样品进行了表征,并设计成软包电池来测试材料的电化学性能。研究表明:C包覆的富锂锰正极材料在常温循环300次容量保持100%。此外,低温-20和-40℃的放电效率分别为60.3%和11.0%,低温-20和-40℃的恢复率为107.7%和104.8%。 The surface modification for Li-rich layered cathode material was done with glucose as C source. Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the sample has good capacity retention of 100% after 300 cycles at 25 ℃. In addition, the discharge efficiency reaches60.3% and 11.0% at low temperature of-20 and-40 ℃; the recovery rate reaches 107.7% and 104.8% at low temperature of-20 and-40 ℃, respectively.
