固体氧化物燃料电池发电系统逆变器研究

摘要 将燃料电池电堆输出的40 V直流低压电首先经过前级DC/DC变换器升压为400 V的高压直流电,后经全桥逆变器转换为220 V/50 Hz的交流电,分别对DC/DC变换器和全桥逆变器进行仿真分析,为燃料电池的应用研究提供了理论参考及借鉴。 The 40 V (DC) output low voltage of fuel cell pile was boosted to 400 V high voltage DC electricity by the front-end DC/DC converter, then was converted into 220 V/50 Hz AC by the full bridge inverter. The DC/DC converter and full bridge inverter were simulated, providing theoretical reference for the application of fuel cells.
