摘要
铝氧化银电堆双极性堆式结构复杂,关联数据较多,采用传统自底向上的设计方法已无法满足其设计要求。介绍了UG/WAVE技术及其自顶向下的建模方法,研究了某型号铝氧化银电堆双极性堆式结构设计以及装配夹具设计的WAVE技术。采用WAVE设计思想和方法,可以有效地解决双极性堆式结构之间的相互关系,以及装配夹具与电堆结构之间的配合关系,提高了设计的效率,缩短了设计周期,使并行工程的优势得到充分的发挥。
Owing to complex bipolar stack structure and too much associative data, traditional bottom-up parametric modeling technology can't meet the design requirement of aluminum-silver oxide cell stack. UG/WAVE technology and its top-down modeling method were introduced. The bipolar stack structure design of certain type aluminum-silver oxide cell stack and WAVE technology with assembling jig were investigated. Adopting WAVE design philosophy and method, both the interrelationship of bipolar stack structure and coordination between assembling jig and stack structure can be effectively solved, which can significantly enhance the design efficiency, shorten the design cycle and utilize the advantage of concurrent engineering.
