摘要
采用热分解法制备了涂铂钛网。采用扫描电子显微镜和荧光测厚仪对涂铂钛网的形貌、涂层厚度进行了分析,通过稳态极化曲线研究了涂铂钛网在中性电解液中的活性,将涂铂钛网与铝合金组成铝水储氢电池,并进行恒流放电实验以研究其放电性能。结果表明,涂铂钛网中铂涂层厚度约0.21μm,涂铂钛网的析氢过电位低,电池开路电压0.782V,生成的氢气纯度高达99.99%,且涂铂钛网稳定性较好。
The platinum-coated titanium (Pt-Ti) electrode was synthesized by pyrolytic process using titanium as the support. Morphologies and coating layer thickness of Pt-Ti electrode were measured and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence thickness instrument. The activity of the Pt-Ti electrode was studied in the neutral electrolyte by steady-state polarization curves. The aluminum-water storing hydrogen cell with Pt-Ti electrodes and aluminum alloy electrodes was tested in neutral electrolyte. The results show that the coating layer thickness of Pt-Ti is about 0.21 μm; Pt-Ti' s hydrogen overpotential is low; the cell' s open-circuit voltage is 0.782 V; the generated hydrogen' s purity is over 99.99% and Pt-Ti' s stability is good.
