摘要
针对铅酸蓄电池因硫化现象而造成的无法充电或充不满电的问题,设计了一套基于AVR单片机的铅蓄电池修复仪,采用复合频率脉冲技术实现对铅酸蓄电池硫化问题的活化处理,通过采用4组不同年份及硫化程度不同已经失效的铅酸蓄电池进行了实验测试,结果表明修复后电池容量平均能恢复到额定容量90%以上,具有很高的实用价值和推广价值。
For the failure of fully charged or charged of lead-acid battery caused by sulphuration, a kind of lead-acid battery repair device was designed based on AVR single chip microcomputer, and composite frequency pulse technology was used to replace lead-acid battery. Four groups of different years lead-acid battery with sulphuration were used to test. The results show that after repairing, the battery capacity can restore more than 90% of nominal capacity, having high practical value and popularization value.
