摘要 为了正确地选择影响列车制造过程质量特性的影响因素,对制造质量深入分析,找到影响质量问题的因素,提出有效的改进方案,在分析、介绍因果图和故障模式与影响分析的基础上,将二者结合使用提出一种新的筛选列车制造质量影响因素的方法。该方法能够对制造过程中可能产生质量问题的原因、影响予以全面细致的分析,为制定合理的解决对策提供基础,对列车制造过程质量控制有很大的应用价值。 In order to correctly choose the key factors which influence the rail vehicle manufacturing, and to deeply analyze the manufacturing quality so as to find effective methods to improve quality. This paper, on the basis of introducing and analyzing the implication principles of cause-and-effect diagram and FMEA methods, proposed a new method filtering rail vehicle manufacturing quality factors by a combination with both methods. This method analyzes the causes and impacts of the manufacturing process comprehensively which may cause the problem. Provide a foundation for the development of rational solutions, which has great value on rail vehicle manufacturing process quality control.
