特种树脂吸附法深度处理砷氟废水技术研究

摘要 为解决企业外排生产废水砷氟超标问题,采用特种树脂吸附技术对某矿山企业外排的含砷氟废水进行深度处理,主要考察进水pH对吸附效果和吸附容量的影响,以及该树脂的再生性和稳定性。实验得到最佳工艺条件为进水pH3.5左右,在过流床体积为1800BV时,处理出水中的砷、氟仍能稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ类水体水质标准要求。 The Special Adsorption processing technology is adopted to remove the arsenic and fluorine from beneficiation wastewater. The effect of pH on the adsorption and adsorption capacity was investigated, and the regeneration and stability of the resin was also studied. The results show that the optimal conditions were influent pH3.5, and flow volume is 1800 BVthe residual, arsenic and fluorine contraction of effluent can meet the 111 level limit of environmental quality standards for surface water (GB3838-2002).
