升降散对流感病毒鼠肺适应株FM1感染肺炎小鼠保护作用观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究升降散对亚甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株FM1感染小鼠的保护作用。方法:建立亚甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株FM1感染小鼠肺炎模型,观察升降散全方、升降散拆方、升降散与麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤合方对小鼠的一般状态、肺指数、肺干湿质量比、肺组织形态和肺泡Ⅱ型细胞结构变化的影响情况。结果:各用药组能减轻病毒性肺炎小鼠的全身症状,抑制体质量减轻,降低死亡率和肺指数,提升肺干湿质量比,降低肺组织病理学评分和改善肺泡Ⅱ型细胞结构的病理损伤。各项观察指标的改善,呈现出升降散组(4.55g/kg)作用优于各拆方组、合方组作用优于升降散、中药对照单方组的作用趋势。结论:升降散全方对流感病毒感染小鼠有一定保护作用,同时也能提升麻杏甘石汤的效用。 Objective: To observe the protective effect of shengjiang san on the mice infected with influenza virus FM1. Methods: The mice were infected by influenza virus FM1 strained to make pneumonia models, and the effects of Shengjiang San on these experimental mice'daily behavior, death rate,lung index, lung dry to wet mass ratio, lung tissue morphology, and alveolar type II cell were observed. Results:Shengjiang San under different conditions of compatibility can relieve symptoms, inhibit reduction of body mass ,reduce the death rate and lung index, im- prove the ratio of lung dry to wet mass, and relieve pathology score of lung tissue and pathological injury of alveolar type II cell in mice with viral pneumonia. In terms of improving the observed indicators , the Shengjiang San group( with 4.55 g/kg) was better than it's split groups, and weaker than combined group with Mahuang Xingren Gancao Shigao Tang. Conclusion: Shengjiang San has the protective effect on the mice infected with influenza virus FM1 ,and can enhance the role of Ma Xing Gan Shi Tang.
