NLRP3炎症小体在慢性肾脏病的表达及中药的干预机制 被引量:9

The role of NLRP3 inflammsome in chronic kidney disease and the intervention mechanisms of TCM

摘要 慢性肾脏病进程中,肾小管上皮细胞、足细胞等肾实质细胞及浸润的巨噬细胞,均可见NLRP3炎症小体活化。中药或其提取物可抑制NLRP3炎症小体活化而发挥拮抗炎性损伤作用,其机制包括抑制氧化应激、抑制硫氧还蛋白结合蛋白分子、抑制Toll样受体通路分子及核因子κB通路分子等。NLRP3炎症小体相关分子也为慢性肾脏病提供了新的治疗靶点。 In the process of chronic kidney disease, NLRF3 inflammsome can be activated in renal parenchyma ceils such as renal tubular epithelial cells, sertoli cell and infiltrated macrophages. TCM or their extracts can inhibit NLRP3 inflammasome related molecules to resist inflammatory injury via inhibiting oxidative stress, thioredoxin interacting protein, Toll-like receptor, nuclear factor-kappa B and so on. NLRP3 inflamma- some related molecules also provides a new therapeutic targets for chronic kidney disease.
