摘要
驾驶室的固有振动特性对驾驶室振动响应预测与故障诊断分析有重要意义,通过对某拖拉机驾驶室进行自由模态仿真计算得知该驾驶室的前4阶固有频率在发动机激励频率范围之内,在发动机运转过程中容易引起驾驶室的共振,影响拖拉机的舒适性。通过对比计算模态和试验模态结果,两者固有频率误差满足工程应用的需要,为进一步改善拖拉机驾驶室的舒适性奠定了基础。
The free mode of a tractor cab is simulated and calculated,and then the calculation results show that the first 4 order natural frequencies of the cab is within the scope of engine excitation frequency,which easily cause the resonance in engine running. The natural frequencies deviation between simulation theory and test meets the requirement of engineering application,and which can provide a foundation for further improvement of cab comfort.
