三疣梭子蟹主要营养素需要量的研究进展

Study on the main nutrient elements requirement in swimming crab(Portunus trituberculatus)

近年来,三疣梭子蟹养殖规模不断扩大,年产量已达10万吨。但由于市场上尚无优质高效的三疣梭子蟹专用配合饲料,因此目前三疣梭子蟹养殖仍以投喂杂鱼和贝类等为主,这极大限制了三疣梭子蟹养殖业的持续发展。本文综述了三疣梭子蟹的营养需要量,以期为三疣梭子蟹营养需求研究和高效专用配合饲料的开发提供参考。

The farming scale of swimming crab （Portunus trituberculatus）constantly expands in recent years and the annual production has reached 100 000 tons. Yet, there was still no high quality and effi- cient feeds for this species and the major food of swimming crab was trash fish and shellfish, which greatly limited the sustained development of swimming crab farming. In this review, we summarized the researches about nutrient requirement of swimming crab in order to provide profitable reference in the research of nutrition requirement and explore high quality and efficiency feeds development for swimming crab in the future.
