广西地区男性精液质量与季节因素的关系分析 被引量:7

Study on the relationship between male semen quality and seasonal factors in Guangxi

摘要 目的探讨季节因素对广西地区男性精液质量的影响。方法收集2010年6月-2015年12月在广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院男科门诊就诊者的34 167份精液标本,参照《世界卫生组织人类精液检查与处理实验室手册》第5版严格标准,进行精液常规及精子形态学分析,然后采用精子染色质扩散法检测精子DNA完整性,计算DNA碎片指数。按不同季节分为4组,分析其精液质量变化。结果春季、夏季、秋季、冬季4组间精液体积、精子浓度、活力、正常形态精子百分率及精子DNA碎片指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中春季和冬季精子体积、浓度、活力和正常形态精子百分率相对较高,DNA碎片率较低。结论季节变化对广西男性精液质量有影响,春季和冬季精子质量较高。 Objective To explore the influence of seasonal factors on semen quality in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods 34 167 copies of semen samples were collected at Andrology clinic in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2015.The standard routine semen and morphological analysis were done,according to the criteria of the 5^th edition of A Laboratory Manual for the Examination and Treatment of Human Semen in WHO.Sperm DNA integrity was detected by sperm chromatin dispersion method,and the DNA fragmentation index was calculated;according to different seasons the samples were divided into 4 groups,and the changes of semen quality were analyzed.Results There was statistical significance on the differences in sperm volume(ml),concentration(×10^6/ml),sperm motility,normal sperm morphology,and the rate of DFI among the four groups(P〈0.01).In Spring and Winter,the volume,concentration,motility and normal sperm morphology was relatively higher,while the rate of DFI was lower.Conclusion Seasonal variation has effects on male semen quality in Guangxi,and the sperm quality in Spring and Winter are higher.
