昌平区老年人慢性病患病及其危险因素调查分析

Research and analysis of the community elderly chronic disease and its risk factors in Changping District

目的了解昌平区老年人慢性病患病及其存在危险因素。方法选取南口地区28个自然村60周岁以上的常驻居民作为调查对象,调查内容包括体格检查和问卷调查。统计分析采用多因素Logistic回归分析和卡方检验。结果社区60岁以上老年人糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常、超重和肥胖的患病率无年龄增长趋势;老年人糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常患病率与BMI无关;具有糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常危险因素项次年龄组和性别差异不大;老年人血脂异常可增加糖尿病患病风险;老年人的年龄、BMI、总胆固醇、吸烟、饮酒、肥胖、糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常9项特征中除BMI和肥胖率外男性均高于女性。结论老年人慢性病管理重点为男性,充分发挥基层社区卫生服务中心作用,加强以社区服务站和社区医生为主的慢性病防治工作模式,做好慢病的预防工作。

Objective To understand the community elderly chronic disease and its risk factors in Changping District.Methods Permanent residents over the age of 60 were selected from 28 villages in Nankou area（living in Changping for more than 6 months within the past year） as the investigation objects.The investigation contents included physical examination and questionnaires.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis and chi square test were adopted for statistical analysis.Results The prevalence rates of elderly diabetes,hypertension,dyslipidemia,overweight and obesity in people aged over 60 didn＇t show a trend with age;the prevalence rates of diabetes,hypertension and dyslipidemia in elderly people had nothing to do with BMI;age,BMI,total cholesterol,smoking,drinking,obesity,diabetes,hypertension,dyslipidemia in male,except BMI and obesity rate,were higher than that in female.Conclusion Elderly chronic disease management focus is on the elderly men,and maintaining blood lipid normal levels may reduce the risk of diabetes in the elderly,so we should make full use of grass-root community health service centers,strengthen chronic disease prevention and control work mode with community service and community physicians as the base,so as to do a good job of chronic disease prevention.
