基于大数据挖掘的数字化图书馆服务新模式研究

Research on a New Service Mode of Digital Library Based on Big Data Mining

大数据环境对图书馆系统结构、服务模式等提出了新的要求。研究了基于大数据挖掘的数字化图书馆服务新模式,分析了大数据环境下图书馆系统的开放式结构、移动互联体系以及信息化服务模式,根据图书馆使用数据特征,给出了数据挖掘方法并通过实例予以说明,在此基础上,提出了基于大数据挖掘的图书馆服务新模式,包括客户定制化服务、移动服务、智能化推送服务以及智能化图书馆管理服务。

The big data environment puts forward some new requirements for system structure and service mode of the library. This paper studies a new service mode of digital library based on big data mining, analyzes the open architecture,mobile internet system and informational service mode of the library system in the big data environment, and according to the features of library＇s service data, gives out the data mining method and explains them by examples, and based on this,puts forward a new service mode of the library based on big data mining, which includes customer＇s customized service,mobile service, intelligent push service and intelligent library management service.
