情报系统在降低企业并购风险中的作用越来越重要。分析了企业并购中情报系统在企业文化、无形资产评估以及客户关系3个方面的情报收集难点,并提出了在并购前后拟采取的将企业并购的风险降到最低的方法,以实现企业的并购目标及企业竞争力的提升。

The role of information system in reducing the risks in MA of enterprise is more and more important. This paper analyzes the difficulties of information system in collecting the information of three aspects of enterprise culture, intangible assets assessment and customer relationships in MA of enterprise, and puts forward some the methods that planed to adopt before and after MA for minimizing the risks of enterprise＇s MA to realize the targets of enterprise＇s MA and the improvement of enterprise＇s competitive power.
