摘要
含H_2S可燃气体在封闭式地面火炬处理时,会排放一定量的有害物质,造成环境污染,因此要严格控制有害物质的排放浓度。利用Flaresim软件对封闭式地面火炬处理进行扩散模拟,可准确判断有害物质排放浓度是否满足规定要求。扩散模拟分析表明:含有H_2S不超过2%(摩尔分数)的可燃气体,在封闭式地面火炬内完全燃烧后,其SO2的排放满足浓度限值0.5 mg/m^3的要求;可燃气体未燃烧时H_2S的排放也满足浓度限值10 mg/m^3的要求。
When the inflammable gas containing H2S is combusted in the ground flare,a certain amount of toxic materials which pollute the environment are emitted.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to control the emission concentration of toxic materials.The simulation of enclosed ground flare by Flaresim software can accurately determine whether the concentrations of toxic material emissions have met the required specifications.The dispersion simulations show that,after the combustion of inflammable gas containing 2.0% of H2S (maximum) in the enclosed ground flare,the emission concentration of SO2 can meet the required 0.5 mg/m3.The H2S emission concentration can also meet the 10 mg/m3 specification before the combustion of inflammable gas.
