摘要
根据相变高效传热原理,开发了热媒自循环空气预热器.它具有负荷调节灵活、体积小、没有辅助能耗等特点,通过精确控制热媒自循环空气预热器的排烟温度,解决了烟气露点腐蚀及积灰结垢问题.利用遗传算法对热媒自循环空气预热器进行了优化设计,优化的空气预热器比常规空气预热器初始投资减少30%,年经济收益增加6%.通过热态试验研究了热媒自循环空气预热器的循环和调节特性.试验表明,充液率在40%~ 60%时,空气预热器传热效率最高;通过调节循环热媒阀门开度,排烟温度调节范围可达30℃,实现排烟温度的自动精确控制,避免烟气露点腐蚀.
Based upon the principles of high-efficiency phase-change heat transfer,the heat medium circulation air pre-heater has been successfully developed,which has the characteristics of flexible load regulation,small volume,no auxiliary energy consumption,etc.The problems of flue gas dew point corrosion and ash fouling have been solved by accurately controlling the temperature of flue gas.The genetic algorithm is utilized to optimize the design of heat medium circulating air pre-heater,and the total investment of optimized air preheater is 30% lower than that of conventional air preheater,and annual economic benefit is improved by 6%.The circulation and regulation characteristics of air pre-heater are explored through the thermal test.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the air pre-heater is the highest when the liquid filling ratio is between 40% and 60%.By adjusting the valve opening,the adjustment range of flue gas emission temperature can be as high as 30 ℃.The automatic precise control of flue gas temperature is realized,and dew point corrosion of flue gas is avoided.
