摘要
酸性水罐是酸性水汽提装置的关键设备。应用过程中,由于水封罐设计缺陷、操作不当等原因,出现水封罐内气相"短路"、密封水满罐、罐内结垢、结晶等异常现象,导致水封罐功能丧失,失去对酸性水罐的保护能力。结合水封罐的设备结构、工艺过程,对出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决措施。在设计上应保证在水封罐的排水线上形成有效水封,避免酸性水罐内气相反串形成气相"短路";由于水封罐密封水的进水量多于排水量,在设计时应充分考虑密封水进水流量的监控或控制手段,避免水封罐由于液满而失效;汽提塔底产出的净化水压力能满足工艺要求时,采用净化水作密封水较为合适。
Water sealing drum is one of critical safety facilities for the sour water stripper.In operation,the short-cut of gas phase,flooding of sealing water,fouling and crystallization will occur because of defects of design and poor operation of the water sealing drum,which will lead to the function loss of sealing drum and failure of protection for the sour water tank.The problems in water sealing drum are analyzed in consideration of equipment construction and process,and effective measures are proposed.In the design,the effective water sealing should be formed on the drainage line to avoid the gas-phase shut-cut because of the back-flow of gas phase inside the sour water tank;As the inlet water flowrate of water sealing drum is higher than that the drainage water,the monitoring and control of sealing water flowrate should be fully considered in the design so as to avoid the failure of water sealing drum;When the pressure of purified water from the stripper column can meet the process requirements,it is good to utilize the purified water as the sealing water.
