管道布置、管道器材选用、管道机械分析是石油化工装置管道设计不可分割的三部分。管道布置以符合工艺要求、方便操作、检维修和各专业需要为目的;管道器材选用以适用工艺介质和过程条件为目的;管道机械分析以保证管道机械强度为目的,防止位移应力和脉冲振动对管道和设备的不利影响。

The piping layout,selection of piping materials and piping mechanical analysis are the 3 inseparable parts in the piping design of petrochemical process units.The piping layout should be designed to meet the process requirements,facilitate the operation and maintenance and meet the requirements of different disciplines.The piping material selection should be based upon the specifications of process media and operating conditions.The mechanical analysis of piping should be performed to ensure the mechanical strength of the piping and prevent the impact of piping movement stress and pulse vibration on the piping and equipment.
