曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼的疗效与安全性分析

Travoprost eye drops for treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma and safety analysis

目的评价曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2012年2月至2015年10月新乡医学院第三附属医院眼一科收治的162例(324眼)原发性开角型青光眼患者,按就诊时间随机分为观察组与对照组,各81例(162眼),观察组采用曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗,对照组采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗,观察两组患者的降眼压效果及不良反应发生情况。结果在视力改变、眼压改变情况等方面,观察组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与马来酸噻吩洛尔滴眼液相比,曲伏前列素滴眼液在治疗原发性开角型青光眼方面临床效果更好,且不良反应发生率更低。

Objective To evaluate the travoprost eye drops for treatment of primary open - angle glaucoma clinical efficacy and safety. Methods From February 2012 to October 2015 our department treated 162 patients （324） with pri- mary open - angle glaucoma, according to treatment time randomly divided into two groups with the control group, 81 cases （162） observation group using travoprost ophthalmic solution treatment, the control group, timolol maleate eye drops treatment, observation IOP lowering effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results In terms of changes in vision, intraocular pressure change and so, the effect of the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while the incidence of adverse reactions observed group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compared with maleic acid thiophene atenolol eye drops travoprost ophthalmic solution for the treatment of primary open - angle glaucoma and better clinical results and a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
