降钙素原及C-反应蛋白检测在新生儿感染诊断中的临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原检测及C-反应蛋白检测两种方法对诊断新生儿感染疾病的临床价值。方法选择2012年1月—2014年11月商丘市妇幼保健院收治的120例新生儿感染病例,按感染程度分为重度感染组(56例)与局部感染组(64例),再选择同期50例健康新生儿作为对照组。给予三组新生儿降钙素原及C-反应蛋白检测,比较各组情况。结果重度感染组的降钙素原及超敏C反应蛋白水平显著高于局部感染组与对照组(P<0.05),局部感染组的显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降钙素原及超敏C反应蛋白水平是检测新生儿感染的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the proealcitonin testing and C - reactive protein in the two methods in the diagnosis of neonatal infection disease clinical value. Methods January 2012 - November 2014 in Shangqiu Maternity and Child Care hospital 120 cases of neonatal infections, divided according to the degree of infection and severe infection group (56 eases) and local infection group (64 cases) , and then select the 50 cases of the same period of healthy new-born children as a control group. Three groups of neonates given procalcitonin and C - reactive protein, the situation of each group. Results Calcitonin severe infection of the original group and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein levels were significantly higher than those of local infection with the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ), significantly higher than local infection group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Procalcitonin and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein level is an important indicator to detect neonatal infection.
