68例儿童系统性红斑狼疮的临床研究

Clinical study of 68 cases of children with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨儿童系统性红斑狼疮的临床特点,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法随机选取南乐县人民医院2012年7月—2015年1月期间收治的系统性红斑狼疮患儿68例,对患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其临床症状、治疗方法进行观察记录。结果本次研究中,42例患儿以皮肤黏膜症状作为首发表现;68例儿童系统性红斑狼疮患儿自身抗体阳性率普遍较高,其中ANA阳性率为83.82%,抗ds DNA阳性率为66.18%。结论儿童系统性红斑狼疮患儿首诊多表现为皮疹等皮肤黏膜症状,对于高度疑似患儿,建议对其进行抗ds DNA抗体、ANA抗体等免疫学指标检查,并对患儿进行自身免疫抗体谱筛查,以及早明确病情,并对其开展有效治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with systemic lupus erythematosus,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Randomly selected hospital in July 2012- Children with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to January 2015 period,68 cases of children with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,were observed and recorded their symptoms,treatment. Results In this study,42 cases of children with skin and mucosal symptoms as the initial presentation; 68 cases of children with systemic lupus erythematosus autoantibodies positive rate generally higher,which ANA positive rate was 83. 82%,66. 18% anti- ds DNA positive rate. Conclusion Children systemic lupus erythematosus first diagnosed in children showed more symptoms of rash and other skin and mucous membranes,highly suspected for children,it is recommended to check its immunological parameters of anti-ds DNA antibody,ANA antibodies,and children with autoimmune antibody repertoire screen,as well as clear the disease early and effective treatment of their conduct.
