可吸收材料在儿童下颌骨骨折中的应用 被引量:1

Clinical study of resorbable material in children's mandibular fractures

摘要 目的探讨可吸收材料治疗儿童下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法分析2011年8月至2013年6月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院采用可吸收材料治疗儿童下颌骨骨折的32例作为实验组,随机选取我院同期采用传统钛板钛钉治疗儿童下颌骨骨折的32例作为对照组。比较两组患者术后骨折延期愈合、张口受限、咬合不良和骨折不愈合等不良并发症的发生情况。结果 2组患者骨折均愈合,实验组总并发症发生率为1563%,对照组为21.8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可吸收材料是儿童下颌骨骨折可靠、理想的内固定材料,具有等同钛板一样的固定效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect of absorbable materials restoring mandibular fractures in children. Methods The patients with mandibular fracture in children treated from Aug 2010 to June 2013,32 cases with absorbable materials fixation as the experimental group and 32 cases with titanum fixation group were randomly selected as the control group. To compare the incidence of postoperative complications such as delayed union,limited opening,occlusion,and nonunion of fracture in the two groups. Results All of patients with fracture healing,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 15. 63%,the control group was 21. 8%,the difference was not statistically significant difference between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Absorbable material is an ideal material for reliable mandibular fracture fixation,with equivalent effect of titanium plate.
