健脾益气汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical study of functional dyspepsia treated with Jianpiyiqi decoction

目的探讨健脾益气汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取郑州市市直机关医院2013年7月—2015年6月收治的82例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组各41例,对照组患者采取多潘立酮片治疗,研究组患者予以健脾益气汤治疗,观察对比两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.56%,对照组为82.93%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总不良反应率为0,对照组为12.20%,研究组总不良反应率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良患者采取健脾益气汤治疗临床效果显著,不良反应少,安全性高,具有较高临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Jianpi Yiqi Decoction treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods In our hospital in July 2013- June 2015 were treated 82 cases of functional dyspepsia as research subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group 41 cases in the control group of patients taking domperidone therapy,the study group of patients to be Spleen Qi Tang treatment,the two groups were observed and compared the clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Conclusion Patients with Functional Dyspepsia Treated take Jianpi Yiqi Decoction has significant clinical effect,fewer adverse reactions,safe,with a high clinical application and promotion value.
