摘要
某热轧改造EPC工程中,冷床区域用于支撑固定金属框架的柱结构采用普通硅酸盐混凝土,考虑到普通硅酸盐混凝土耐热能力有限,为了评价生产过程中高温型材进入冷床缓慢冷却过程中对混凝土柱可能产生的持续热影响,采用热辐射模拟的方法,对冷床混凝土柱受到的热辐射影响进行研究,并通过实验方法验证混凝土在高温下力学性质上的变化。基于现场模拟与实验室分析,研究和选取了经济、合理的防护措施,在后续生产过程中的监测表明防护措施有效,未出现混凝土结构受损等的不良现象。
In an EPC renovation project of a hot rolling mill,the ordinary Portland cement concrete was designed for the supporting columns to fixed frame in cooling bed area. Considering the limited heat-resistance performance of ordinary Portland concrete,in order to evaluate the potential and continuous thermal effect on concrete columns once hot sections enter the cooling bed and cool slowly during production process,the thermal radiation simulation method was adopted to study the thermal radiation effect on cooling bed concrete columns,meanwhile the experimental method was adopted to verify the change of mechanical properties of concrete expesed to high temperature. On the basis of site simulation and laboratory analysis,the economic and reasonable protective measures were studied and selected,the monitoring during the following production indicates that the protection measures are effective,and no negative situation of concrete structure damage occurs.
