50例冠心病PCI治疗前后hs-CRP、IL-6、Il-8水平的变化及其临床意义 被引量:2

Changes of hs-CRP, IL-8 and Il-6 levels in 50 cases of patients with coronary heart disease before and after PCI and their clinical significance

摘要 目的:探讨冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)前后冠心病患者的hs-CRP、IL-8、Il-6水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:选取冠心病患者100例,随机分为PCI组和对照组各50例,2组均在手术前和手术后各时间点抽取静脉血,测定手术前(T1),手术后第1天(T2),第3天(T3),第7天(T4)和1个月(T5)的hs-CRP、IL-8、Il-6水平。同时测定2组治疗前和治疗后1个月的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和收缩末期内径(LVESD)。结果:PCI组治疗前后任何时间点的hs-CRP、IL-8、Il-6水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :PCI术可导致hs-CRP、IL-8、Il-6水平的变化,从而改善患者的心功能,故hs-CRP、IL-8、Il-6水平可作为冠心病患者PCI术后评估心功能的参考指标。 Objective: To investigate the changes of hs-CRP, IL-8 and I1-6 levels in patients with coronary heart disease before and after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and their clinical significance. Methods: One hundred patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into a PCI group and a control group with 50 cases each. Venous blood was drawn offbefore and after treatment in two groups and hs-CRP, IL-8, 11-6 levels were determined before surgery (T1) and on the first (T2), third (T3) and seventh (T4) days and one month (T5) after surgery, respectively. Meanwhile, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and end systolic diameter (LVESD) were measured before treatment and one month after for all the patients. Results: Before and after treatment, hs-CRP, IL-8 and Ii-6 levels at any time point were significantly higher in the PCI group than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: PCI can result in the changes of hs-CRP, IL-8 and IL-6 levels and then improve the cardiac function of the patients with coronary heart disease. Therefore, they can be taken as reference indexes to evaluate the cardiac function of the patients after PCI treatment.
