摘要
根据白砂糖结晶层附着物的不同,提出分层溶解白砂糖的方法,通过测定不同结晶层溶解物的色值,找准影响白砂糖色值的原因,分析影响白砂糖产品质量的因素及环节,对于提高产品质量,控制生产风险可起到重要的作用。
Layered dissolving method of white qranulated sugar was found based on the difference in attachments of crystallizing layer. Factors affecting products color could be found by testing color value of dissolved product matter from different crystallizing layers. It played an important role to improve the quality of products and reduce the risk of production.
