摘要
Ti-6Al-4V合金的力学性能好,得到了广泛应用.在表面激光熔覆金属-陶瓷复合涂层是改善钛合金性能的重要方式,利用XRD、SEM和EDS等分析手段对Ni Cr BSi+5wt%BN熔覆层的微观组织进行分析.
Ti-6A1-4V alloy has good mechanical properties and is widely used. Microstructure of the NiCrBSi and NiCrBSi + 5wt% BN cladding layers was characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS. The microhardness of the cladding layers was measured by micro-sclerometer and the parameters were optimized
