On Legislative Defects and System Creation of Consumer's Rights and Interest Protection in Online Shopping

我国网络购物交易发展迅速,但现行法律制度缺乏对其细致完善的立法保护,各种侵犯消费者合法权益的现象屡见不鲜。为了创造一个高效、便捷、安全的网络交易环境,更好地保护网络购物中消费者的合法权益,应当加强对网络环境下消费者权利保护问题的研究,不断丰富完善我国的消费者权益保护制度。

The online shopping in China has been developing rapidly. However,the existing legal protection system related is neither in detail nor in perfection,and common occurrences are the various violations of consumers＇ legal rights and interests. In order to create an effective,convenient and safe online trading environment to better protect the legal rights of the consumers in online shopping,it is an obligation to strengthen the academic researches of how to protect the consumers＇ legal rights and interests in the network environment and enrich and consummate the protection system of their rights and interests.
