摘要
上石盘电航枢纽工程坝址地质条件差、泄洪流量大、运行工况及水力学条件复杂,采用覆盖层大开挖岩基建闸结合消力戽消能的设计方案,较好地适应了闸址自然条件和枢纽的运用要求,节省了工程量和投资。经水力计算和模型试验验证,戽流消能在中、小洪水下泄时处在稳定水跃区运行,较大洪水下泄时对下游冲刷影响较小。
As the weak geological condition at dam site,high flood discharge,complicated operating and hydro-mechanic conditions of Shangshipan project,the design featuring large overburden excavation,gate built on bedrock and bucket energy dissipator satisfies the natural conditions at gate site and requirements of the project operation as well as both work quantity and investment are reduced. Through hydraulic calculation and model test verification,the bucket flow energy dissipation can operate in the stable hydraulic jump area when both large and small floods are discharged. The larger flood discharged slightly scours the downstream.
