摘要
分析突发事件下媒体信息对个体行为的影响,有助于把握个体的决策心理。综合运用多属性效用理论对突发事件个体获得媒体信息进行决策分析,系统分析危机事件下个体的行为决策过程,根据信息的客观性、安全性、可变性、权威性、共享性,构建个体的决策效用曲线。结果表明:效用区间越大,曲线方差越大,个体采纳信息行为就越明显,有利于政府在危机条件下,如何有效地发布信息,提高个体对政府信任,减少不必要的社会动乱和恐惧。
Analysis on impacts to the individual action by media information in emergency is beneficial to learn the decision making psychology of the individual. By application of the utility theory with multiple property,the decision-making analysis is performed on the media information captured by the individual at emergency. The action decision-making process of the individual at emergency is analyzed systematically.The utility curve of the individual decision making is built according to the information objectivity,safety,variation,authority and sharing.The study shows that the larger the utility interval is,the greater the curve variance is,the more obvious the individual action adopts the information. This is beneficial for the government at emergency to release effectively data,improve trust by the individual to the government and reduce unnecessary social turmoil and fears.
