目的介绍一种结构化帕金森专病门诊辅助诊疗的计算机软件开发过程和使用方法。方法根据临床工作和科研经验,并参考国内外已发表的有关帕金森病登记研究文献,结合国内诊疗的指南,利用作为计算机语言编写系统前台软件,提供人机对话界面,服务器端采用瑞典MySQL AB公司开发的MySQL数据库作为系统数据库。结果开发出的"帕金森病辅助诊疗登记系统"V1.0,用户界面友好,便于数据新增录入、修改、打印、编辑、查询、导出到EXCEL表、备份等;该系统操作简单,性能稳定,能满足专病门诊临床和科研数据管理的需要。结论 "帕金森病辅助诊疗登记系统"V1.0计算机软件规范了专病门诊工作的开展,简化了患者临床数据的管理,为临床医生提供了一个有用的临床科研平台。

Objective： To introduce the development process of a structured computer software and methods of use in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson＇s disease in the outpatient department. Methods： A man -machine dialogue interface is provided according to clinical work and research experience, and with reference to domestic and international published literature relating to the registration of Parkinson＇s disease, combined with the treatment guidelines ; by using a computer language system onstage software. The MySQL database developed by Swedish MySQL AB was used as a system database. Results ： The ＂auxiliary diag- nosis and treatment of Parkinson＇s disease registration system＂ V1.0, with friendly user interface , is convenient for new data entry , modify, print, edit, query and export to EXCEL table, and for backups, etc. The system, with the simple operation, stable performance, can meet the needs of outpatient clinical and research data management of the special diseases. Conclusion： The computer software of the ＂ auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson ＇s disease registration system＂ V1.0, has standardized the carrying out of the clinic work, simplified the management of clinical data, provided a useful clinical research platform for clinicians.
