This paper introduces the positioning and function of the Engineering Technology Research Center in Jiangxi Province, with focuses on its pattern and mode of development. Based on the research of its background and demands for development, the paper puts forward suggestions on innovation in management. Aiming at the major innovative modes in the development of the Center, the paper proposes some suggestions as well to stimulate its development.
