基于安全生产标准化评审浅谈上海市某区工贸企业生产作业场所管理现状

Brief Discussion on Management Status of Workplaces of Industry and Trade Enterprises in a District in Shanghai Based on the Standardization of Production Safety Review

本文对上海市某区150家工贸企业进行安全生产标准化评审,选取生产设备设施和作业安全两个要素考核情况进行分析。结果表明:(1)企业生产设备设施的现场管理状况相对较好的情况下,其总分也处在比较高的水平,并且与同一分数段的企业生产设备设施现场管理情况安全生产标准化程度更加接近。(2)总分随着作业安全要素管理水平提高而呈现上升的趋势,且同一分数段的企业作业安全现场管理情况安全生产标准化程度也更加接近。(3)企业生产作业场所存在较多同类问题,建议企业根据安全标准化体系要求并结合企业实际情况及时整改并报备当地安全主管部门。

Through the standardization of production safety review of 150 enterprises in the sector of industry and trade in a district of Shanghai, the paper selects the two elements of production facilities and operation safety assessment to analyze the management status. The results show that, （ 1 ）In enterprises of relatively good management status of production facilities, their total score is also at a higher level, and in enterprises at the same scale, the management status of production equipment and facilities is close to safety standards. （2）With the improvement of management in operation safety, the total score presents a rising trend, and meanwhile in sections of the same score, the safety operation management of production is also close to safety standards. （3）There exist numerous similar problems in enterprises＇ production operation. We suggest rectification and reform at these enterprises according to the requirements from the safety standardization system, as well as report to the local authorities in charge of security in time.
