摘要
对城镇地下燃气管道依法开展全面检验是及时发现埋地管道缺陷和隐患的关键手段。根据国家规范要求,对地下燃气管道实施全面检验前,需要对受检管道进行风险评估。按照GB/T 27512的评估方法,对上海市某区地下燃气管道进行了全面检验工作前的风险评估,分析了管道的风险值,为后续的全面检验工作提供了依据。
The critical means to prevent the defects and the potential accidents are the overall inspection of the underground gas pipeline in the city. According to the requirements of the national codes, it is obligated to implement the risk assessment of the underground gas pipeline before the inspection. Thus, the risk assessment of the underground gas pipeline in Shanghai is carried out based on the GB/T 27512. Meanwhile, the risk vlaue of the pipeline that provides a basis for the follow-up work is analyzed.
