泄漏位置对激光检测天然气管道泄漏影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 天然气管道泄漏危害极大,激光技术是其泄漏检测的重要手段,而泄漏扩散过程对其检测存在一定的影响。建立了架空天然气管道泄漏扩散模型,数值分析了不同泄漏位置下管道泄漏天然气扩散过程,然后探讨了其对激光检测的影响。研究结果表明,管道下部泄漏时天然气地面水平距离-50~50m范围内聚集浓度大,但其激光检测信号强度较弱;而管道上部泄漏时天然气在水平距离-30-30m扩散,其激光检测信号强度最大。本研究结果可为合理有效地进行激光检测提供参考。 The 1 od of detecting eakage of natural gas pipeline has great natural gas pipeline leakage, but natural laser detection. Overhead natural gas pipeline leakage threat, and laser technology is an important meth- gas diffusion process has an obvious influence on and diffusion model was established, and natural gas pipeline leakage and diffusion process was analyzed numerically with different leakage locations. Then leakage locations influence on laser detection was discussed. The results show that the diffusion concentra- tion of natural gas on the ground between -50 m and 50 m in the horizontal distance is high when the leaking location of natural gas pipeline is on the bottom, and the intensity of laser detection is weak. How- ever,the diffusion concentration of natural gas diffussion is between -30 m and 30 m in the horizontal distance when the leaking location of natural gas pipeline is on the top, and the intensity of laser detection is strong. This results can provide reference for reasonable and effective laser detection.
