新型光催化泡沫混凝土板的制备研究

摘要 研究了新型光催化泡沫混凝土板的制备方法,并对不同掺量的硅灰,对泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、吸水率、导热系数影响,不同掺量,不同时间喷涂纳米二氧化钛对降解率的影响进行了探讨,试验结果表明,随着硅灰的掺量不断增加,泡沫混凝土7d、28d抗压强度增加是呈上升趋势,硅灰掺量为10%时可以有效提高泡沫混凝土的强度。而吸水率是随着硅灰掺量的增加而整体趋于下降,硅灰掺量为10%时,泡沫混凝土的吸水率大大降低。当硅灰掺量为10%时,硅灰可明显降低混凝土的导热系数,掺量为15%时,导热系数最小仅为0.62w/(m·K)。降解率随着二氧化钛喷入量不断增加而增加,每个试件的喷入量为0.9g的时候,降解率在40h基本可以达到100%。在试件养护1d的时候,喷涂二氧化钛龄期越短,降解率越好。
