京津冀协同发展过程中河北省产业承接选择研究

On Industry Undertaking Choice of Hebei Province in Collaborative Development Process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

京津冀协同发展已经成为一个重大的国家战略,而要推进京津冀协同发展应该在产业升级转移方面率先取得实质性突破。京津冀协同发展过程中如何实现产业转移与承接成为本文研究的重点。本文通过测算北京、天津、河北地区2007年和2013年36个工业行业的区位商确定出京津冀地区的重点行业,同时,结合偏离-份额分析的方法,测算出三个地区重点行业的结构偏离份额以及竞争力偏离份额,判定各地区重点行业中具有结构优势和竞争力的行业,确定出北京、天津地区转移的产业,以及河北地区承接的产业。

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become a major national strategy.To promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,we should make substantive breakthrough in industrial upgrading transfer.This paper focuses on how to realize the industrial transfer and undertaking in the process of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The location quotient of the region was estimated in 36 industrial sectors from 2007 to 2013.With shift Share method the structure shift share and competitive shift share of the key industries of the region was calculated,the industries with structural advantages and competitiveness among key industries in various regions are defined,thus determining the industries transferred from Beijing and Tianjin and those undertaken by Hebei.
