睡眠剥夺与心血管炎症病变研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 睡眠剥夺是指由于各种环境因素或自身原因从而无法满足正常睡眠的一种现象。睡眠剥夺经过刺激免疫系统进而活化免疫性白细胞,在这些免疫相关的细胞中可造成促炎症因子与抗炎症因子的表达失去平衡,致使炎症过程和程度发生变化,最终形成血管压力增大、动脉血管病变、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病。本文从睡眠剥夺与应激反应、睡眠调节与炎症相关细胞因子、炎症相关细胞因子对睡眠剥夺的影响以及炎性细胞因子与心血管疾病等方面,对睡眠剥夺对心血管炎症病变的影响进行了综述。
