摘要 通过对高校师资队伍的工程应用能力的需求分析和教师工程应用能力培养存在的主要问题分析,提出了提升应用型高校教师工程应用能力的主要培养途径,并建立了计算机类专业教师工程应用能力培训指标。研究结果表明:应用型师资队伍建设的主要途径是构建绩效管理视域下以转型为主线的双师型教师培养培训体系,建立"主题项目型"培养培训模式,搭建出多元化教师培养平台,根据学科专业建立应用能力标准。 Through the analysis of engineering application ability demand of teaching staff in colleges and universities and main problems of teachers' engineering application ability cultivation,the paper puts forward the main way of cultivating applied university teachers with their engineering application abilities,and sets up the training metrics of computer engineering application ability training of teachers majoring in computer. The results showthat the main way to applied the teachers troop construction,is to build a performance management horizon,transformation as the main line of double teacher training system,to establish "theme project"to develop training model,build diversified teacher training platform and set up the application standard according to the academic disciplines.
