摘要
目前高职院校兼职教师在选聘程序、考核培训、管理制度等方面存在问题,问题主要来自政府、企业和学院三个方面。综合起来,政府应当加强政策支持力度;企业要转变观念,积极培养兼职教师;高职院校必须完善兼职教师管理制度,规范聘任程序,注重培训,优化考评制度,以形成良好的激励机制。
Problems exist in part-time teachers' selection procedure,training,assessment and management system in vocational colleges due to government,enterprise and school. To solve these problems,the government should strengthen policy support; enterprises should change idea and cultivate the part-time teachers actively; vocational colleges must improve the part-time faculty management system,standardize employment program,focus on training,optimize the evaluation system to create a good incentive mechanism.
