摘要
班组长是制造型企业生产经营活动的一线指挥者和组织者,其工作状况的好坏直接影响企业的经营发展。本文对制造型企业班组长工作状况进行了调查研究,总体上班组长对目前工作持正面评价,班组长不满意的方面主要体现在薪资待遇、升迁机会、工作量等方面,培训需求主要是管理技能、团队协调沟通等方面。本文从三方面对制造型企业班组建设提出了建议意见。
Team leaders are the directors and organizers of manufacturing management activity in enterprise,whose working conditions influence the production and operation of enterprises directly. Research on working conditions of the team leaders shows that the team leaders are pleased with their job,but they are dissatisfied with the pay benefits, opportunity for personal promotion and work load. They expect to take training in management skills and team communication. Suggestions are put forward in three aspects on construction of team and group in manufacturing enterprises.
