吞咽训练结合经皮穴位电刺激治疗吞咽障碍的疗效观察〔1〕

The effect of swallowing training combined with transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation on swallowing disorders

目的:观察吞咽功能训练结合经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为三组:吞咽功能训练组(训练组)、经皮穴位电刺激组(TEAS组)及综合组。治疗前后均进行X线透视吞咽功能检查(VFSS),根据VFSS评分评定吞咽功能障碍的疗效。结果:4个疗程后,三组患者吞咽功能均有好转,综合治疗组疗效最显著,其效果明显优于训练组及TEAS组(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽功能训练加用TEAS治疗能更好地改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能。

Objective：To observe the effect of swallowing function training combined with transcutanclus electrical acu-point stimulation（TEAS）on patients with swallowing dysfunction of stroke. Methods：All 60 patients were randomly divided in-to 3 groups,swallowing function training group（training group）,TEAS group and comprehensive group. Each patient were ex-aminated by video fluoroscopic swallowing study（VFSS）. Before and after the treatment on basis of the score of which evalua-ting assess the curative effect of swallowing function. Results：After 4 courses of treatment,3 groups of patients with swallowing function were improved. The efficacy of the combined treatment group was the most significant,the effect of which was more sig-nificantly than that of the training group and the TEAS group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Swallowing function training and treat-ment with TEAS can better improve the swallowing function in patients with swallowing dysfunction of stroke.
