保妇康栓联合红核妇洁洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository combined honghefujie lotion for treating mycotic vaginitis

目的:研究保妇康栓联合红核妇洁洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法:选取外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者84例,按照数字随机法分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用保妇康栓治疗,观察组采用保妇康栓联合红核妇洁洗液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:总有效率观察组97.62%,对照组85.71%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状消失时间、痊愈时间、念珠球菌消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总复发率观察组9.52%,对照组26.19%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率2.38%,对照组无不良反应,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保妇康栓联合红核妇洁洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床效果显著,安全性高,是外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的有效治疗方法。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository combined with honghefujie lotion in the treat- ment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods：Eighty -four ases of patients with fungal vaginitis in hospital were selected,were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the number of random method. The control group was treated with Baofukang suppository, observation group was treated with Baofukang suppositories and honghefujie lotion, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results ：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%, the total effective rate was 85.71% in the control group, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical symptoms disappearance time, recovery time, candida disappearance time in observation group were shorter than the control group , the difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total recurrence rate of the observation group was 9.52%, the control group was 26.19%, the total recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reac- tions in observation group was 2.38% ,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 0%, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Bao- fukang suppository combined with red nucleus Fujie lotion in the treatment of fungal vaginitis clinical effect is remarkable, and the safety is high. It is the effective method for the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.
