健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理服务中的应用效果评价

Clinical effects for the physical examination center high quality nursing service by physical examination path

目的:探讨健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法:对比145例按照常规体检流程体检者(对照组)与166例按照健康体检路径体检者(观察组)的体检质量、体检护理服务质量评分以及体检满意度。结果:观察组体检者体检时间显著低于对照组,体检效率评分和体检可信度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理礼仪评分、沟通能力评分、主动服务评分、健康宣教评分和总评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体检总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在体检中心实施健康体检路径能够有效提高体检效率和护理服务质量,提升体检者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects for the physical examination center high quality nursing service by physical examination path. Methods：All 145 cases of physical examinees were tested by regular physical examination process as the control group,166 cases of physical examinees were tested by physical examination path as the experiment group,the medi-cal quality,medical care service quality score,physical satisfaction were compared. Results：The physical examination time for the experiment group were lower than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of medical efficiency and confidence for the ex-periment group were higher than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of nursing etiquette,communication competence,ac-tive service,health education and total scores for the experiment group were higher than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The medical total satisfaction for the experiment group were higher than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：It can increase the medical efficiency and nursing service quality for the physical examination center for implementing health check - up,it can increase the job satisfaction.
