摘要
如今物业企业正面临着经营风险日趋增长,服务纠纷繁杂,责任保险保障低、费率高,运作不够规范,无法科学合理地转嫁经营风险的境遇。基于以上问题,本文结合沈阳市实际情况,从物业管理责任险的保险责任、赔偿限额、免赔额、费率、保费方面进行了研究,给出了一套较为科学合理的物业管理责任险的承保方案。
Property companies are now facing the situation of growing management risk, complex dispute in service, low coverage and high rate in liability insurance irregular operation and being not able to transfer the operation risk scientifically and reasonably. Based on the above issues, through practices of Shenyang city, this paper makes a study on the insurance liability, measure of indemnity, deductible, rate, premium of property management liability insurance and puts forward a scientific an rational insurance plan of property management liability insurance.
